Friendship bracelets made easy!
“Red, White & Blue… ‘Cause Kids Serve Too!” was the request by our spokesgirl Lexie for fans to send in patriotically-themed friendship bracelets. They were then given to children of military families; kids who endure the daily absence of one or both parents. Red, white and blue bracelets, made by grateful strangers, became symbols of pride and respect for moms and dads serving the United States overseas.

“Pink and White, Kids Join the Fight!” acknowledges kids with a loved one battling breast cancer. With the distribution of pink and white friendship bracelets to children in the shadow of this disease, we let them know they’re not alone in the fight and that their own bravery has not gone unnoticed. A portion from each sale of My Friendship Bracelet Maker™ through the month of October was donated to breast cancer research, and this campaign gained national exposure through segments on Lifetime Television and the Wendy Williams Show.

The Choose Friendship Company and My Friendship Bracelet Maker® have initiated several causes in support of kids. Because children carry burdens often overlooked or misunderstood by others, we want them to feel welcomed into their own exclusive “club” by wearing specially-colored friendship bracelets. Our mission is to let them know they’re not alone; not only are others living with the same fear and uncertainty, but that they’re loved and supported by a larger community.
